Anxiety Disorder has a broad definition. If your mind is always obsessed with feelings of anxiety it might be the cause of panic. Being panicked does not always seem reasonable to outside observers. Any one can experience panic due to a simple matter that may appear serious but in reality is not.
A person may be panic-stricken for some simple reason, which may not be a cause of panic to others. Being in a state of panic often can affect the patient’s physical condition. Sometimes just being in a crowd of people may cause a panic attack. Patients can panic in any crowded place like a train station, airport or any type of public place. The panic attack happens suddenly and it attacks the mind of the patients. An overwhelming fear may cause Panic Disorder in a patient. After several researches and observation of the case histories of many panic affected patients, researchers suggest some common symptoms that are found in Panic Disorder. Though they often remind that these diseases do not have some specific symptom, they generalize the symptoms that are usually detected among the patients.
During a Panic attack you may feel discomfort or uneasiness. You may also feel that your heart begins to pound in your chest, or you feel extreme queasiness in your stomach. Sometimes in that type of a condition patients think about a possibility of heart attack, and that thought causes more fear.
Shortness of breath is a very well marked symptom among the panic affected patients. In the patients who have tendency of asthma, sudden panic attack may cause a risk to life and if the attack is very severe it may take a toll on their general overall health too. Trembling or unusual shaking are the other symptoms of the Panic Disorder. In the trembling sensation is continuous and sweating is commonly found among the patients. Some other common symptoms include, but are not limited to; obsessive thinking as in persistent unwanted thoughts you can’t get rid of no matter how hard you try. Racing thoughts, what-if thoughts, assuming the worst, negative thinking, racing heartbeat, disturbing or persistent thoughts that you cannot control, trembling, panic, shortness of breath, spinning sensation, insomnia, numbness in face, arms, and legs are also noted.
